- Generate new opportunities to build and maintain a strong pipeline that will turn into a contract and a long-lasting relationship.
- Schedule visits and meetings to create a pipeline and open new opportunities.
- Generate accurate pipeline 3 times larger than the assigned targets and submit full reports on the progress of the deals/Projects.
- prepare and manage commercial proposals after coordinating with technical team and gathering inputs.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner by involving presales and technology teams.
- Resolve issues faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain relationship.
- Deliver Invoices on regular basis and follow up with customer and collection team on unpaid invoices.
