This is a professional service designed to cater the needs of SOHO, SMB customers who may not have a dedicated IT, Network team to support the continuous development and updates in the work environment.

The service is also suitable for Companies with limited IT, Network team resources, it can limit the need of hiring new technical, IT members in the other branches .

Service Contents
  • Install remote desktop client on all users’ workstations.
  • Install new local network devices (Workstations- Servers- Printers- Wi-Fi AP’s).*
  • Install and maintain anti-virus software license for each user workstation/Laptop-PC.
  • Update workstations operating system.
  • Setup- Install and configure customer Router/Firewall/Access Point/Controller.
  • Provide Managed Service (MRS) & (MFS) - (Install- configure- add/change policy- troubleshoot).
  • Supply 1 X FTTB internet link in customer office (Based on FTTB availability)
  • Unlimited remote support service via Sahara Net call center and Sahara net support team.
  • Trouble shoot faulty local network devices and hardware (Workstations- Servers- Printers- Wi-Fi AP’s).
  • Professional network consultation.
  • 12 preventive support visits yearly.
  • *Note: Duct cabling- and civil works are not included- and it will be determined and priced separately.
