Nawar Mohammed Bu-Aisha
Chairman of the Board
Nawar Bu-Aisha serves as Vice President of the Corporate Banking Department at Riyadh Bank. He also represents Riyadh Capital in the general assemblies of several publicly listed companies on the Saudi stock exchange.
With a career at Riyadh Bank that began in 1996, Nawar has held numerous leadership roles. He holds a bachelor’s degree from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (1994) and a master’s degree in business administration – Islamic Banking from the University of Terbuka (2011).
Mohammed Abdulkarim Al-Khereiji
Vice Chairman of The Board
Mohammed Al Khereiji is the CEO of Khereiji Group and has been a leading figure in the insurance, industrial, and media sectors for over two decades.
He serves on the boards and committees of several prominent companies, including Chubb Arabia Cooperative Insurance, Al Khereiji Trading and Electronics, Dar Al Youm for Press and Publishing, Arab Paper Manufacturing Company, and Saudi Cement Company.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from California State University (2003) and professional certifications from the Saudi Financial Academy and the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance.
Haitham Mohammed Bu-Aisha
Managing Director
Haitham Bu-Aisha is a visionary entrepreneur and Founding Partner of Sahara Net. He has led the company’s executive operations since its establishment and is also a Founding Partner of Vision Ventures.
His previous experience includes serving as General Manager at Al Nawras for Trade and Industry (1988–2000). Haitham has held several leadership roles in the Eastern Province Chamber, including Chairman of the Communications and IT Committee.

Kais Abdulhameed Al-Essa
Board Member
Kais Al Essa is a Founding Partner and Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Sahara Net, as well as a Founding Partner at Vision Ventures.
He has contributed significantly to the region’s digital transformation through his roles in the Middle East Network Operators Group (MENOG) and the Communications and IT Committee at the Eastern Province Chamber.
Kais holds an Executive MBA (2016) and a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering (1994), both from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
Basil Abdullah Al-Baeijan
Board Member
Basil Al Baeijan brings over 30 years of experience in telecommunications and IT. He has held senior leadership positions, including Vice President of Operations and Technical Support at Sahara Net and Executive Director of ICT at Saudi Electricity Company.
Basil earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Central State University in Oklahoma City (1989). He is an active contributor to industry committees, including the Saudi Computer Society and technical committees within Saudi Electricity Company.
